Catherine is an experienced CEO, Non Executive Director and project director with an extensive track record of executing major infrastructural projects.
A Chartered Engineer and holding a Diploma from the Institute of Directors, Catherine advises a range of new energy start-up companies and initiatives, is Vice Chair of the Irish Business Network in Malta, holds selective board positions, participates in a number of initiatives to increase diversity in boards and improve Board Governance, and mentors up and coming talent in Malta and internationally,

She was CEO at Quad Central, the first LEED platinum rated office space development in Malta. This unprecedented development for Malta provided over 38,000 sqm of Grade A office space as well as multiple retail outlets and amenities, built as four towers over a five floor car park. The development led the industry in identifying and providing those amenities required by the modern workforce in Malta to assist their work life balance.

A masters qualified engineer, she led the "LNG to Power '' project in Malta which introduced natural gas as fuel for electrical generation for the first time to Malta, along with the latest CCGT technology. As a result, national emissions from power generation were cut by circa 53% and particulate matter by 90%.
Before moving to Malta in 2014, Catherine was manager of the largest hydro powered generation station in ESB Ireland, having spent over ten years working in hydro, pumped storage and gas-fired power stations.
