Catherine Hurley

Catherine is a highly accomplished energy and infrastructure professional with extensive expertise in the power, gas and construction sectors. A Chartered Engineer, she has held multiple C suite roles, as well as board advisory and director roles. Her experience includes negotiating complex power purchase and gas supply agreements, leading project acquisition due diligence, managing multimillioneuro EPC contracts, and securing significant limited and non recourse financing for complex projects. Catherine is renowned for her ability to bridge technical and commercial disciplines, delivering innovative solutions, effective risk management, and strong stakeholder collaboration.

With a career spanning over 20 years, Catherine has driven significant advancements in energy projects, including hydroelectric and thermal power generation. She has held pivotal roles in operational efficiency improvements, regulatory compliance at national and EU levels, and embedding international best practices to achieve sustainable outcomes.
